2. What data we process

When you contact us by e-mail, we process the data you choose to send us: your name, e-mail address, organization, and the content of your message. In addition, our hosting provider automatically records technical server logs (IP address, browser type, time of access, requested pages) needed to operate and secure the site.

3. Why and on what legal basis

We use contact data to respond to your inquiry and to take steps prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), or on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Technical logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure and reliable website.

4. Cookies

This website uses a single functional cookie that remembers your language preference. We use no analytics cookies, no tracking, and no advertising technologies.

5. Who processes data on our behalf

The website is hosted by Vercel Inc.; e-mail is handled by our e-mail service provider. These providers act as processors and may process technical data outside the European Economic Area, in which case transfers are safeguarded by mechanisms such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How long we keep data

Correspondence is kept as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any resulting business relationship, and thereafter only as required by statutory retention obligations. Technical server logs are kept for a short period consistent with their security purpose.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, write to info@ensobit.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP) or your local supervisory authority.
