1. Scope
These terms govern the use of the ens0key website operated by ENSOBIT d.o.o., Ulica Savezne Republike Njemačke 4, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia (OIB 62091873389). By using this website you accept these terms. Licensing and use of the ens0key product itself are governed by separate agreements concluded with customers.
2. Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, graphics, screenshots, logos, and the ens0key and ENSOBIT names and marks — is the property of ENSOBIT d.o.o. or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. It may not be reproduced or used publicly without our prior written consent, except for viewing the site for your own information.
3. Permitted use
You may use this website to inform yourself about our products and services and to contact us. Automated scraping, attempts to disrupt the site's operation, and any use that violates applicable law are prohibited.
4. User accounts
To request a trial you create a user account (via a supported identity provider, or with e-mail and password protected by two-factor authentication). Provide accurate information, keep your sign-in credentials confidential, and do not share your account; you are responsible for activity carried out through it. We may suspend or delete accounts used contrary to these terms or applicable law, and we decide on trial requests at our own discretion.
5. Trial software and download links
Download links made available after an approved trial request are personal and time-limited and may not be shared or published. The software obtained this way is licensed, not sold: it may be used solely for your own internal evaluation during the trial period, may not be redistributed, made available to third parties, sublicensed or modified, and remains the property of ENSOBIT d.o.o. and its licensors. Evaluation software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Production use requires a separate license agreement.
6. Information, not an offer
The content of this website is provided for general information. It does not constitute a binding offer, a warranty of product properties, or professional advice. Product features, availability, and pricing may change without notice; the authoritative description of the product is the one agreed in a written contract.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ENSOBIT d.o.o. is not liable for damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website or the evaluation software, or from reliance on their content. This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The website may contain links to third-party sites. We have no control over their content and accept no responsibility for it.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Croatian law. Any dispute arising from the use of this website is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court in Zagreb.
